C7 Grand Sport wheel, anyone selling?

Looking for 1 rear C7 GS 20x12 rim, ideally in silver, to complete my track set. With no cracks :)

Last Touch of Thunder had a good write up on not bothering to weld the inevitable cracks that will happen on the street with these wheels - I know, I tried.

If you do have to buy new remember to use one of the Wallace Group dealerships for the CCO discount as it is substantial on wheels. I had to replace a chrome OEM wheel on my 2019 Grand Sport and it took the price from around $1400 to just over $900. Good luck!!!

Thanks Dave, that's a good suggestion and I've thought about it. But ultimately it's still the same wheel that they're selling that will crack at some point. Car & Driver went through 6 of 'em!

The OEM C7 GS wheel is made by Speedline, which in the past was a high end brand and I think all were made in Italy. But the Speedlines on the C7 GS are made in Mexico, and I'd suspect a more porous production. In the end, it's a 20x12 cast alloy wrapped in a stiff 25 aspect ratio runflat, so GM should have seen it coming.

Those 25 aspect ratio tires are problematic on our rough roads. I knew several folks who drove the modified little Hondas who had put on good quality 25 profile tires and most of them ended up with bent wheels sooner or later.

I knew when I bent the one on my 2019 Grand Sport and it was a nasty pot hole on the 401 but not terribly rare on our highways.
